This website tn4Hfoundation.org, owned by the TN 4-H Foundation and operated by Farm Flavor Media / Journal Communications, Inc. (“tn4Hfoundation.org” or “we” or “us” or “our”), is intended for general audiences in the United States. We appreciate your use of our Websites (defined to include all properties – mobile, web or otherwise – owned or operated by us) and features (known as the “services”).
Information We Collect
Newsletters and Contact Form: To contact us via our Websites contact form or to sign up for the tn4Hfoundation.org newsletters, you must provide your name, email address, and location. If you choose, you may provide other information. You may also choose to provide additional personal information if you contact us directly with a question or concern.
Cookies: Your express consent and continued use of the Websites allows cookies to collect and store information about you and your use of the Websites. This information is compiled in aggregate and also helps improve functionality and the quality of the Websites and compliance with legal obligations. This information may include your browser type, search keywords, and the date and time of your use.
E-commerce: We use information you provide to process payment for donations or items you purchase online from us, to dispatch items you have purchased or to process returns or requests about your purchase. We may also use your data to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions. Transparency about our users’ information is important to tn4Hfoundation.org. We only share your personal information with third parties to the extent necessary to perform essential services for our Websites’ functionality.
Aggregate Information: We may track and review anonymous user information in the aggregate to improve our Websites. For example, we may track the number of anonymous users that have seen a specific page on our Websites.
Service Providers: Some of the services that are offered through the Websites are provided by third-party providers. We also outsource some of our own services to third-party providers, such as technical and customer support, online commenting functions, tracking and reporting functions, quality assurance testing, payment processing functions, and other services. We may share information from or about you with these third-party providers so that they can perform their services or complete your requests.

Aggregate Information: Anonymous aggregate traffic information is retained interminably to measure improvements in traffic to our site.
How to Remove Information
Email Updates: You can opt out of receiving our email updates by unsubscribing. In such cases, we will delete your user profile personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Cookies: You can disable our cookies at any time in your device or browser settings. Many browsers allow you to block third-party cookies.

We/I confer on the Tennessee 4-H Club Foundation the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to publish your 4-H story(s). I understand there will be no compensation in conjunction with publishing the story(s). I understand that by checking this box, permission is granted for the Tennessee 4-H Club Foundation to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other stories in Tennessee 4-H Club Foundation publications including but not limited to 4-H Foundations New Letter and the Tennessee 4-H Club Foundation’s website. I hereby release and discharge the Tennessee 4-H Club Foundation, Inc. from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the story(s), including any claims for libel and invasion of privacy. No home address or telephone number will appear with such work. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. Our Websites are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s personal information.
